Tennis is a major recreational outlet for many Ocean Pines residents and non-residents. The Manklin Meadows Racquet Center features eight composition and four hard - surface tennis courts and serves as the focal point for all tennis activities in the community. The Tennis Courts are open from Memorial Day to the first frost.  Daily Rates or Full and Afternoon Only Memberships Available.

SWIM and TENNIS
(Weekly/Partial Weekly Memberships)

Rates for 3-Day and 7-Day memberships are good for swim and tennis.  3-Day and 7-Day members may use all five Ocean Pines swimming pools and tennis courts during their membership period.

*Household rates for 3 and 7-Day memberships include 4 persons.  Additional children or adults can be added to the membership with the following fees:  add $5 each child or $15 each adult for 3-Day Membership; add $10 each child and $25 each adult for 7-Day Memberships.

Individuals who have purchased an annual tennis membership to play at Manklin Meadows Racquet Center are also invited to join the Ocean Pines Tennis Club (OPTC). The OPTC is the social core of tennis activities at Manklin Meadows and offers special events and tournaments during the year. As members of the OPTC, tennis players are entitled to participate in all OPTC functions such as annual banquets, picnics, and socials.

OPTC members can also receive an OPTC member directory and are encouraged to join OPTC and may obtain a membership form at the Manklin Meadows Pro-shop. 

The Tennis Professional, or a designated assistant, is responsible for the tennis courts and is the first authority of the rules at the Tennis Center.  The Tennis Advisory Committee (TAC), which was established in 1999 by the Ocean Pines Board of Directors, acts in an advisory capacity to them on tennis matters.  TAC meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the OPA Administration Building at 7pm and are open to anyone.
