Marinas: Ocean Pines operates two marinas. The larger of the two is the Yacht Club Marina, which is located in Mumford’s Landing on the Isle of Wight Bay. This facility has 86 docking slips for boats up to 44 feet in length. Other facilities include a pump-out and a small sundries and boating supply shop. A gasoline fuel dock, with the capability for fueling four boats at once, is also located at this marina. Mechanical repair services are not provided by the marina.

A second marina is located at the Swim & Racquet Club, on the Saint Martin River. This marina has 22 docking slips and 4 beach storage spaces for rent. It can only accommodate boats which are 20 feet in length or smaller. The marina is not staffed, but is patrolled daily from May 1 until October 31 by the Yacht Club Marina staff.

Boat Ramps:  There are three boat ramps in or near Ocean Pines that are available for launching and retrieving boats. Lift services are not available at any of these ramps.

There are two boat ramps located within Ocean Pines. They are for the use only of Ocean Pines property owners, residents and their guests. One of these ramps provides access to the Saint Martin River and is located in White Horse Park. Access to the ramp is via Beauchamp Road. Most boat sizes can be accommodated at this ramp and limited non-overnight trailer parking is available.

The second ramp in Ocean Pines provides access to the Isle of Wight Bay and is located in Mumford's Landing, adjacent to the Mumford's Landing pool. The Mumford's Landing boat ramp is not a day launching ramp! It is available to Ocean Pines Residents/Property Owners for the following reasons only:  Spring Launching, Fall Removal, and emergencies.  Trailer parking is not permitted in the area of the ramp, along the roadway or in any of the surrounding lots.

The third is the Worcester County Gum Point Road boat ramp. It is located on Gum Point Road, which is off Rte. 589. This county ramp is open for use by the general public and provides access to Turville Creek.
