Video release: Oct. 15 regular OPA Board meeting

 
(Oct. 15, 2022) Video for the Oct. 15 regular Ocean Pines Association Board meeting is now available online. 
 
The meeting was held both in the Clubhouse Meeting Room and virtually using Microsoft Teams.
 
During the meeting, General Manager John Viola gave his monthly GM report, followed by a treasurer’s report by Monica Rakowski.
 
Additionally, Board members approved a motion “to declare the existence of the open violations and thereby suspending the voting rights and use of Association amenities,” and held a discussion about a future town hall topic.
