UPDATED: Board to host virtual budget review and regular meeting, Jan. 19-20

Updated Jan. 19, 2021: The Ocean Pines Board will conclude its budget review on Tuesday, Jan. 19. 

(Jan. 15, 2021) The Ocean Pines Board will host three virtual meetings in two days next week, including two days of budget reviews and one regular Board meeting. 
 
All three meetings are open to the public and will be conducted using Microsoft Teams.
 
The Association’s Budget and Finance Committee reviewed the preliminary proposed budget for fiscal 2021-2022 over a period of four days, last week. 
 
On Tuesday, Jan. 19, the Board will begin its budget review at 9 a.m. The session is set to include proposed budgets for general administration, the General Manager's office, Finance, membership, IT and Human Resources; replacement and new capital reserves; Public Relations and Marketing; Golf; food and beverage; Aquatics, Beach Parking and Racquet Sports; and Recreation and Parks and Marinas.
 
Day two of Board budget review, starting at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 20, will include proposed budgets for general maintenance; Public Works and CPI; bulkhead, road and drainage reserves; the Fire Department; and Police.
 
Additionally, a regular Board meeting is scheduled on Wednesday evening, starting at 7 p.m.
