The Annual Meeting of Ocean Pines homeowners is scheduled Saturday, Aug. 10 at 10 a.m. in the Assateague Room of the Community Center on 235 Ocean Parkway.
The meeting will include end-of-fiscal-year presentations from Ocean Pines’ attorney, treasurer, auditor, president and general manager, as well as the presentation of the 2019 Sam Wilkinson Volunteer Award.
Additionally, the Elections Committee will validate the results of the Board of Directors Election. A public comment period is also scheduled.

Lot owners are asked to bring their ID in order to be verified. A quorum of at least 100 lots is required in order to hold the Annual Meeting.
