This high-intensity, total-body workout combines cardio fitness with strength toning using our hydrocycles (on Tuesdays) and cross training (on Thursdays) to achieve results. Please show up 10 minutes prior to class time to set up your bike. Water shoes must be worn and can be purchased at the Sports Core Pool if you do not have your own.
