What does my assessment cover?
Road, park and canal maintenance, police and fire protection, ambulance services, administrative operations and general upkeep of the community.

How do I get my mail box key and where is my mail box?
Go to the Ocean Pines Post Office on route 589/Racetrack Road and Cathell Road located behind Calvin B. Taylor Bank. The post office staff will let you know where your mail box is located once you have provided your section and lot number or your street address.

Where is the Choptank Electric Cooperative kiosk box located?
The Ocean Pines Police Department in White Horse Park. The police deparment is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you take Mediacom utility payments?

Can I choose who I want to pick up my refuse?
No. The Board of Directors accepted the bid from Chesapeake Waste Industries, Inc. and this company will have the refuse collection franchise agreement for the life of the contract.

Do you accept credit cards for Assessments?
Yes. Mastercard, Visa and Discover are accepted for assessment payments.  There is a convenience fee.

Do you accept credit cards for Memberships?
Yes. Mastercard, Visa and Discover are accepted for memberships to all the amenities. There is a convenience fee.

How is the OPA assessment rate decided?
The General Manager submits a proposed annual budget to meet the current and long-term financial needs of the Association. The Board of Directors takes action on the proposed budget and sets the annual assessment to fund the financial plan.
