Highlights from Oct. 17 OPA Board meeting

(Oct. 17, 2020) Video for the Oct. 17 regular Ocean Pines Association Board meeting is now available online.      

The meeting was held in the Assateague Room of the Ocean Pines Community Center.   

During the meeting, General Manager John Viola gave his monthly GM report, followed by a treasurer’s report by Doug Parks.   

Board members unanimously approved revisions to Resolution F-03, on Financial Reserve Accounts, and entertained a first reading for revisions to Resolution C-14, on the currently inactive Racquet Sports Advisory Committee.  

Budget and Finance Committee Chairman Dick Keiling presented annual budget guidance from the committee to the Board, and Ocean Downs Casino General Manager Bobbi Sample offered a presentation on the proposed Casino Entertainment District zoning overlay.
