Short-term rental guidelines online; Board to vote on document March 20

(March 19, 2021) The Ocean Pines Board will consider adoption of new short-term rental guidelines during a virtual Board meeting on Saturday.

Public comments may be made during the meeting, or by emailing comments ahead of time to directors@oceanpines.org.

Association President Larry Perrone said he may suspend Robert’s Rules of Order during public comments, “for anyone who wishes to address the motion regarding short-term rentals.”

“We want to give the community a chance to ask questions, prior to the Board voting on this important issue,” Perrone said.
