Beach Club Parking

Beach Club parking spaces are not guaranteed on any given day; spots are given on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking (either metered or free) may also be available; Beach Club parking passes are not required for street parking.

2023 Beach Club Parking Fees

$215 annually for Ocean Pines residents/property owners
$525 annually for non-residents
$45 for daily Beach Club parking permit
$150 for weekly Beach Club parking permit
