Login Instructions:

To log in to the members' side off the website, enter your member number as your username. This can be found on your physical assessment mailing. Your initial password will be your last name in all lowercase letters.

You will then be prompted to enter a new password. New passwords must be at least eight alphanumeric characters and include at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one special character, such as an exclamation mark (!) or "at" symbol (@).

Finally, you will be asked to select a security question, which can be used to reset your password.

Forgot Your Password?

Have your member number ready. Click the Forgot Password link and enter your member number. You will receive an email with your password. For additional assistance, contact the assessment/membership office: /web/pages/assessments.
