The following is the latest in a series of FAQ columns planned for the Ocean Pines website and newsletter:

Q. Where can I find Ocean Pines’ governing documents?

A. All of Ocean Pines’ governing documents can be found on the Board of Directors page (located under Departments – Board of Directors), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/board-of-directors. That includes the charter, declarations of restrictions, bylaws, and books of resolutions.

The Board page also has information about upcoming meetings, minutes and General Manager reports from prior meetings, and contact information for individual Board members.

Q. Where can I find Ocean Pines’ architectural review guidelines?

A. The ARC (Architectural Review Committee) guidelines can be found on the ARC page of the website (located under Departments – Committees), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/architectural-review. Fees, permit applications, and tree-removal applications can also be found on that page.

Q. Where can I find the latest assessment and amenity fees?

A. Current information about assessments can be found on the assessments page (located under Departments – Finance – Assessments), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/assessments. To pay assessments online, visit www.oceanpines.org/group/pages/makepayment.

There is also separate page for amenity memberships (located under Departments – Finance – Amenity Memberships), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/amenity-membership. Currently, amenity memberships cannot be purchased online.

Q. Where can I find information on the advisory committees?

A. The full list of Ocean Pines’ official committees can be found on the committee page (located under Departments – Committees), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/includes-advisory-committees. The page also has committee applications, committee protocols, and links to the committee meeting calendar.

Q. Where can I find out about social clubs in the area?

A. There is a page with helpful contact information for social and service clubs (located under About Ocean Pines – Live Here – Social and Service Clubs), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/social-and-service-clubs.

Q. Where can I find information about my electric, gas, cable/internet or other utility?

A. Information on local utilities, as well as information on local libraries, the post office, chambers of commerce, local media, and a community map can be found on the Live Here page (located under About Ocean Pines – Live Here), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/living-here.

Q. Where can I find job postings for OPA?

A. Job applications and a list of the latest OPA job openings can be found on the Work Here page (located under About Ocean Pines – Work Here), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/work-here.

Q. Where can I find information on Ocean Pines’ finances?

A. Monthly financial reports, audited reports, information on reserve accounts, and current and prior-year budgets can be found on the Finance Department page (located under Departments – Finance), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/finance.

Q. Where can I find out about the latest events in Ocean Pines?

A. Board meetings, committee meetings, and Recreation and Parks programs are updated regularly on the calendar page of the website (located under Calendars), here: www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/calendars.

Amenity events are posted and updated regularly on Ocean Pines’ social media pages, and there are links to the social media page for each amenity on the website. For a list of amenities (located under Amenities), visit www.oceanpines.org/web/pages/amenities.

Q. What’s the best way to keep up with the latest news and information in Ocean Pines?
