Ocean Pines Chamber: ‘We are here for you!’

The following is a release from the Ocean Pines Chamber of Commerce:

(Aug. 25, 2020) The goal of any Chamber is to help to further the interests of small businesses in a local area. The activities can range from hosting events, to lobbying local representatives to charitable works for the betterment of the community. Your Ocean Pines Chamber of Commerce has been supporting the growth and safety of the Northern Worcester County area since 1975.

What does a chamber do for a community?

Chambers provide networking, partnership, and advertising opportunities to their members. Successful locally owned companies and nonprofits ensures a community will be more stable, entice new home buyers, increase your property value, and instill pride and cohesiveness among neighbors.

How can area residents utilize a chamber?

Chambers are trusted resources for local services and products. Need a plumber? We can help with that! Need a home health care agency? We can help with that as well! Your Ocean Pines Chamber has an online business directory listing our 300 partners by category and we publish a free hard copy business directory annually.

Of course, 2020 has been a bit out of the ordinary but we do what we do for you. We assist local businesses find new consumers while helping consumers find trustworthy and knowledgeable experts in their field.

Our fun, family friendly community events are a bonus. They are designed to encourage camaraderie and community pride and appeal to what is of interest to the community at large.

Every Tuesday morning, we send out an e-blast which provides the community and our partners with upcoming events, fundraisers, legislative updates and so much more.
