Summer has finally arrived!

Summer has arrived and we could not be happier to be getting back to our summertime fun!
The Recreation and Parks team are busy planning multiple events such as: July 4 Freedom 5K, Carnival and Fireworks, NEW Summer Soccer program, Family Fun Night, Concerts in The Park, multiples health and fitness classes, and NEW this year, we are working with Touch of Italy to offer a Tuesday Night Swim Social at the Yacht Club, always working hard for our community.
The Farmers & Artisans Market is open on Saturdays and growing in vendors each week. It has started its summer hours of 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., so please come out and enjoy the different vendors and keep up that healthy eating. The Farmers Market will have multiple special events during the summer, check out the schedule on the Oceanpines.org website.
The Pine’eer Artisan Gift Shop is also open Saturdays and Sundays. Their beautiful store sells many handmade products and is the perfect place to shop. Stop by and enjoy the items and say “hi” to the lovely ladies who hand make everything in the store. The Craft club also joins us for concerts on Thursday nights, bringing their famous Frozen Smores, and other wonderful desserts.
The club will be hosting their Annual “Summer Craft Fair” August 1, 2026. This event is held in White Horse Park and in the Community Center, with multiple vendors selling handmade products, always something special for the “someone Special.”
Stop by the Recreation Department any time to pick up fliers, ask questions, or just to say “HI.” We are there Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
