Meet the Team: Jen Miller

Whether you’re a new homeowner inquiring about the area, or a longtime resident with a question, chances are you’ve been greeted with a warm smile by Jen Miller.

Originally from Connecticut, Jen graduated from the University of Connecticut before spending more than 15 years on the west coast, living in California and Arizona. A seasoned Sale sand Events Manager, Jen worked with several organizations, including Sheraton and Embassy Suites Hotels, the Los Angeles Convention Center, Hollywood Park Casino, and event centers in Arizona, where she served as the Marketing Manager and Director of Events.

Jen and her husband visited Ocean Pines four years ago for a friend’s wedding. After falling in love with the community, they decided to pack up and move here – and they haven’t looked back since.

“I love how much there is to do here in Ocean Pines and how friendly everyone is.”

After moving here, Jen was ready to try something new, so she took a part time seasonal position at the front desk to learn more about the community. After her first year, she joined the team full time and has enjoyed helping residents ever since.

Jen spends her days at the front desk answering questions, helping people sign up for amenities, welcoming new homeowners and setting them up in the system, collecting HOA payments, and just being a friendly face to everyone who walks in the door.

“I enjoy being able to answer questions and help people who are new to the community. There are so many moving parts to Ocean Pines, and it’s great to get to help people get the information they need.”

In her free time, Jen and her husband enjoy exploring the community and its amenities and special events, including walking, hiking, and visiting the farmers markets with their dog Murrary. They look forward to family visits from their family still out West and enjoy checking out local restaurants and live music with their friends in Ocean Pines, whom, she says, have become like family as well.
