The Strategic Planning Advisory Committee’s function is to serve as a working and advisory group with the General Manager and Board of Directors to create a Strategic Plan for the Association. The Strategic Planning Advisory Committee advises the Board of Directors and the General Manager on how best to align the mission and the vision of the Ocean Pines Association by anticipating future needs and assisting in the development of a strategic multi-year plan that would support and enhance the lifestyles of its owners, residents and guests.
